Ave Arras is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & Sourcing at TalentHub.ee since November 2021, where the primary focus is on enhancing growth-stage, venture-backed teams. Prior to this role, Ave held leadership positions at Nortal, overseeing a team of recruiters as the Lead Talent Partner for Nortal Estonia, and worked as a Tech Recruiter in the EMEA region. Earlier career experiences include HR Intern at Investly and Recruitment Coordinator at Genius Sports, specializing in diverse recruitment processes. Ave's foundational expertise in early childhood education was developed through a Bachelor's Degree from Tallinn University and an exchange semester at Masaryk University Brno.
