Claire Tsai

Claire Tsai is an experienced professional with a background in customer experience and management. Currently serving as a Contractor Experience Manager at Talent since May 2022, Claire focuses on enhancing the contractor experience. Prior to this role, Claire held positions at the Australian Institute of Management from March 2019 to May 2022 as a Customer Experience Officer and VET Student Support, overseeing campus operations and ensuring quality service for students. Claire also has retail management experience as a Store Manager at Bed Bath N' Table between February 2012 and February 2019, and previously worked as an English Second Language Teacher at Shane English School Taiwan from November 2010 to December 2011. Claire Tsai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Queensland University of Technology between 2007 and 2009.
