Currently serving as a Training and Communications Coordinator at Talent since November 2024, Patricia previously contributed to THE ICONIC as a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Program Assistant and held various positions at Zip Co, including Customer Experience Training and Onboarding Specialist. With a background in beauty therapy from the Australian Academy of Beauty and Dermal Therapy, complemented by experience as a Skin Specialist at MECCA Brands, Patricia has also worked in retail and digital marketing roles, starting as a Retail Assistant at Superdry and interning in digital marketing at Designer Labels on Sale. Patricia earned a degree from Western Sydney University between 2015 and 2018.
