Sharon Billings

Sharon Billings is an Executive Coach with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. Currently serving at Blue Compass Life, LLC since September 2021, Sharon coaches leaders and teams to simplify complexities and achieve meaningful goals. At Talentism LLC since November 2018, Sharon developed and delivered Clarity Management Training while mentoring trainers for impactful client experiences. Previously, Sharon held the role of Director of Leadership Development at Verisk Analytics, where responsibilities included cultural transformation and establishing the Verisk Leadership Institute. At ISO Claims Partners, Sharon quickly advanced from Director of Learning & Development to VP of HR & Organizational Development, successfully revitalizing the HR function. Starting with Citizens Financial Group, Sharon offered comprehensive learning and development solutions as a Senior Trainer and Executive Coach. Sharon holds a Master's degree in Training & Development from Lesley University and has further educational backgrounds from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
