Amanda Springer, M.S., CSP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda Springer, M.S., CSP has pursued a comprehensive education in sport and fitness administration/management, beginning with their Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they studied psychology, sport management, and substance abuse education. Following that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) in sport and fitness administration/management from Central Michigan University, attending from 2017 to 2018. In 2018 and 2019, Amanda continued their academic journey, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in sport and fitness administration/management from West Virginia University.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Amanda Springer has pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Amanda became a Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association in October 2022.
