Irena Jerković

Irena Jerković has worked in various roles in the past decade. Irena began their career in 2010 as a Counseling Psychologist at Polyclinic Trust. In 2011, they took on the role of Clinical Psychologist at Psychiatric Clinic Vrapce. In 2012, they became the Human Resources Manager at GEOFIZIKA D.D. In 2016, they Co-Founded CrewPulse. In 2015, they became the CEO and Owner of DEOS Ltd. In 2019, they Co-Founded Improv3 and took on the role of Product Manager and Researcher at Mindsmiths. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chief Product Officer at TalentLyft.

Irena Jerković obtained their Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb in 2010. In 2015, they completed the INSIGHTS MDI® Professional program from the Scheelen Institut für Managementberatung and Diagnostic in Waldshut-Tiengen, Germany. Irena is also an Integrative psychotherapist, having completed their training from the Croatian Association for Integrative Psychotherapy in Zagreb.
