Kim Benedict is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and sales, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of TalentMinded Inc., the first subscription-based talent acquisition solutions company in Canada since July 2013. As Co-Founder of Women in Tech Sales, Kim has been instrumental in creating the Women in Tech Sales Bootcamp, which trains women in tech sales and connects them with leading employers. Previous experience includes pivotal roles at Head2Head Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Head of Sales & Client Services to Director of Operations and Sales Delivery, emphasizing business development and client relationship management. Earlier in the career, Kim was a Business Unit Leader at Quantum Management Services, overseeing temporary staffing operations. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from York University.
