Tanya Van der Merwe has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tanya began their career at MCI WorldCom, where they performed various tasks and eventually became a Global Service Delivery Supervisor, overseeing a team of 5-10 employees. From 2002 to 2008, Tanya worked at CBR as a Regional Manager, responsible for managing employees and customer relations in the North of Holland. Tanya then moved to Verizon Business, where they served as a Professional - Project/Programme Manager, specifically handling the Quote & Order desk process for the customer account ING. At Orange Business Services, Tanya worked as an Account Associate, handling multinational customer accounts and managing the end-to-end quote-to-bill process. Tanya joined Talentory in 2014, first serving as a Key Account Manager before becoming a Customer Success Team Manager. In this role, Tanya provided customer support and managed the human interface for Talentory's software-as-a-service product.

Tanya Van der Merwe attended the International School of Hospitality Management from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a B.Sc in Hotel Management. Tanya'sfield of study focused on Hotel Management during their time at the institution.
