Sharmila Yadav

Sharmila Yadav has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sharmila is currently the Head of Human Resources at TALENTPLOYER, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Army Public School from 2016 to 2019. Sharmila also served as the Manager of HR and Administration at Tree House School - India from 2014 to 2016, and as a Human Resources Manager at Concorde Designs Pvt. Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Jaipur Dental College from 2008 to 2011, and as an Executive Assistant of Human Resources at CMS Computers Limited (INDIA) from 2007 to 2008.

Sharmila Yadav completed their M.com degree in Finance at the University of Rajasthan from 2004-2006. Sharmila then pursued an MBA in Human Resource at the National Institute of Management from 2005-2007.
