Chris Friend

Chris Friend has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Sales Advisor at B&Q in 2005 before transitioning to the Leander Club as a Rower from 2007 to 2014. In 2014, Chris joined TEKsystems as a Recruiter, specializing in IT staffing and services. Chris then progressed to Senior Consultant and eventually became a Senior Talent Partner and Lead Talent Partner at TEKsystems. In 2021, Chris joined Flawless as a Senior Talent Partner and later moved to Faculty as a Lead Talent Partner. In 2022, they joined Causeway Technologies and worked as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. Chris is currently a Talent Acquisition Lead at Talent Point, where they are responsible for partnering with mission-driven businesses to build a world-class Talent Acquisition function. In 2023, they will be joining LucaNet AG as a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist through Talent Point. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated strong leadership skills, achieved significant hiring metrics improvements, and received positive feedback from key stakeholders.

Chris Friend completed their A Levels at The Sixth Form College, Farnborough from 2003 to 2005. Chris then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from Swansea University, graduating in 2008.
