Tom Griffiths

Tom Griffiths started their work experience in 2007 as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Skillbase Consulting. Tom worked there until 2021, sourcing candidates for the IT and telecom sector. In 2021, they joined Cazoo as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist through Talent Point. Tom was responsible for tech hiring across the Engineering department. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Talent Point as the Head of CTO Practice/Exec Search, where they provided cost-effective embedded recruitment services. Currently, Tom Griffiths is the Head of Community at The Real CTO Network, a subsidiary of Talent Point, which offers networking events, peer-to-peer support, continuous learning, and access to C-level technology jobs.

Tom Griffiths attended Northwest Kent from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Erith School from 1998 to 2003.
