Eric van Diest

Eric van Diest is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment and operations management, currently serving as the Managing Director at Talent&Pro since January 2013. In this role, Eric oversees Matching Coordination, Recruitment, and the BPO platform that facilitates the outsourcing of projects and processes for clients. Previously, Eric held positions such as Manager Matching and Account Manager Bancair at Talent&Pro, where responsibilities included leading matching operations and managing banking client portfolios. Eric began their career as a Matching Coordinator, focused on aligning client projects with interim specialists. Eric also gained experience as a Group Sales Coordinator at Apex Hotels from April 2011 to March 2012. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management from Stenden University, and attended Pantarijn for further education.
