Tim Nap has extensive experience in business change management, currently serving as Unit Manager and Senior Account Manager at Talent&Pro since August 2016. In these roles, Tim Nap supports clients in the banking, pension, and insurance sectors, focusing on change and process management by developing consultants in various business roles. Prior to this, Tim Nap worked as an Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant at Talent&Pro, contributing to the company's leadership in staffing and consultancy within the financial services industry. Earlier experiences include internships in human resources at Building Services Amersfoort BV and HR at H.J. Heinz Company, as well as a position as a store employee at Tuincentrum Vechtweelde. Tim Nap holds a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
