Fopefoluwa Daniel-Makonor has a wealth of experience in the field of People & Culture. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Box & Cedar, starting as an HR Trainee Consultant and later becoming an HR Consultant. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at The GIG Group, first as a Supervisor of People Operations and then as a Talent Management Specialist. Currently, they are the Head of People & Culture at TalentQL (Techstars '21), and will become Head of People & Culture at AltSchool Africa in 2022.

Fopefoluwa Daniel-Makonor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University(O.O.U) between 2007 and 2012. Fopefoluwa also attended TASCE.
