Inikpi Jummai Achoba ACIPM, HRPL has over 12 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field. Inikpi Jummai began their career in 2008 as a Human Resources Assistant at Foxson's Estates Ltd. and a Human Resources Administrative Officer at Lex House Solicitors & Real Estate Co. In 2010, they joined Zain/Airtel Nigeria Limited as a Team Member, Customer Operations, where they were responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints. In 2012, they moved to Jumia.com.ng as a Customer Service Representative, and then to Konga.com as an Emails Officer/Telesales Executive in 2013. In 2016, they became the Head of Human Resources at Baines Credit MicroFinance Bank LTD, and in 2019, the Head of Human Resources at Daughters Of Destiny (NGO). In 2020, they took on the role of Recruitment Consultant at Rural Doctor's Initiative, and in 2021, they are currently a Tech Recruiter at TalentQL (Techstars '21).

Inikpi Jummai Achoba's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Kogi State University Ayingba, Kogi State from 2001 to 2006.
