Precious Chioma

Precious Chioma has been working in the professional world since 2015. Precious began their career as a Medical Assistant/Secretary at Melbourne Dental Clinic. In 2018, they moved to Blink Drycleaners, where they served as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, they were responsible for handling a wide range of incoming calls and face to face meetings with customers, as well as reviewing customers billing procedures, identifying ways to increase efficiency, addressing customer complaints, and following up to determine if the issue had been resolved. In 2021, Precious Chioma joined Excelminds Corporate Services, where they held two roles as Human Resource Personnel. Currently, they are employed at TalentQL (Techstars '21) as a Talent Delivery Associate.

Precious Chioma completed a Chatered Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship Management from Chatered Institute of Customer Relationship Management (CICRM) in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2014.
