Rick Brandt

Rick Brandt is the Executive Vice President at TalentQuest, Inc. Rick has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources and organizational development.

Brandt started their career as an Executive Consultant with Corporate Psychology Resources (now TalentQuest) in 1996. Rick quickly rose through the ranks and became the General Manager of their Atlanta branch in 2001.

In 2004, Brandt left Corporate Psychology Resources to start their own HR consulting firm, TalentQuest. Under their leadership, TalentQuest became one of the leading HR firms in the country. Rick served as President of Consulting Services from 2004 until 2015.

In October 2015, Brandt was appointed Executive Vice President of TalentQuest. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's consulting practice and driving growth initiatives.

Rick Brandt reports to Kevin Sessions, CEO. Rick Brandt works with Jane Farquhar - Director, Product Marketing, Joe Strick - Senior Account Manager, and Avinash Patil - Head, Creative Services.
