Surajit Goswami has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Surajit started their career in 2013 as a Recruitment Consultant with IMS People, where they worked on various profiles. Surajit then progressed to the role of Team Lead before joining Milople in 2014. At Milople, Surajit served as an HR Generalist and later became the HR Manager. In 2016, they joined TalentRupt Inc. as an HR Executive & Sr. Recruitment Consultant. Over the years, Surajit held various roles in TalentRupt Inc., including HR Manager and eventually Head of Human Resources.
