Nanice Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nanice began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Vidéotron, where they provided professional customer service and handled inquiries and transactions over the phone. Nanice then worked as the Head of Operations at Enactus, where they coordinated HR activities, conducted recruitment and interviews, and created reports and monthly evaluations. Nanice also worked at Microsoft as an ERP Telemarketing Representative and at Be-On as a Telemarketing Representative. In 2016, they joined HSBC as a Financial Crime Compliance L1 Analyst, where they ensured work was delivered in accordance with internal policies, monitored business information for unusual activity, and supported compliance audits and projects.
