Leo Smith

Leo Smith is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting, research, and education. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Researcher at Talents Unlimited since February 2019, Leo also holds the position of Ekstern Lektor and PhD Researcher at Aarhus University, focusing on organizational mentoring as a strategic HR practice. As an external lecturer, Leo teaches "Strategic Management" in the Master in Corporate Communication program at the university. Additional roles include serving on the board of EMCC Danmark and being a member of Nova 100, a unique talent network.
