Katharina S. started their work experience in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant at SEW, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Front Office Intern at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, ending their role in 2015. Also in 2015, they joined 22CONNECT AG as an Intern in Customer Care & Talent Acquisition, before becoming a Project Manager later that same year.

Katharina S. completed their high school education in 2011 at Liebfrauenschule Mühlhausen in Grefrath, earning their Abitur, which is the German equivalent of graduation from high school. Afterward, they attended Stenden University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Tourism Management. Katharina S. completed their bachelor's degree program in 2015.
