Amy Miller

Amy Miller has extensive experience in assessment services and recruitment, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Assessment Services at TalentSmartEQ since October 2019, following a role as Manager of Assessments. Previously, at Coast Personnel Services, Amy was recognized as a 'Rising Star' for successfully recruiting two Engineers within the first month and for significantly reducing department turnover through analysis of exit surveys. Earlier roles include Health Lab Graduate Assistant at Emporia State University and Hatch Elite Intern at Hatch Staffing Services, where Amy was awarded for innovative recruitment presentations and exceptional performance in recruiting metrics. Amy Miller holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from Emporia State University.
