Daniel Martos

Daniel Martos is the co-founder and innovation manager at TalentUp, a position they have held since the company’s inception in 2020. Prior to TalentUp, Martos was a lecturer at Institut de Formació Contínua IL3 - Universitat de Barcelona (UB) from 2017 to 2021. There, they taught courses on HR management and digital strategies of HR. From 2016 to 2020, Martos worked as the talent acquisition manager at TravelPerk, where they were responsible for recruitment operations and sourcing. Daniel also served as an advisor at Talentians from 2015 to 2016 and as a trainer for online recruitment at Barcelona Activa from 2015 to 2017.

Daniel Martos has a Licenciado from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in Ciencias del Trabajo and a Diploma from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
