Andrea Raimondo is a co-founder of Talentware, a talent management platform established in July 2023 that focuses on skill-based engagement, development, and retention of talent. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at Bain & Company from September 2021 to September 2023 as an Entrepreneur in Residence and a consultant in the Private Equity Group, supporting investment analysis and value creation plans for leading private equity funds. Additionally, Andrea served as a Senior Associate Consultant in the same group at Synergo Capital SGR from March 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included investment analysis for private equity and venture capital. Andrea's experience also includes a position as an Associate at the ESCP Europe Finance Society (2016-2018) and a structured finance analyst role at Amundi in 2017. Andrea holds a Master in Management with a finance specialization from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
