Giuseppe Careri

Giuseppe Careri is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly as Chief Technology Officer at Talentware since October 2025 and previously at XCALLY from 2024 to October 2025, and Xenialab from September 2011 to December 2023. At Xenialab, Giuseppe drove significant top-line growth and operational optimization while fostering a culture of innovation. In addition to the CTO role, Giuseppe served as Chief Innovation Officer, focusing on advanced digital technologies and creating compelling value propositions. Earlier experience includes managing a development team and working as a software developer proficient in web application technologies. Giuseppe holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, earned between 2007 and 2012.
