Binny Kumari

Binny Kumari has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Binny started their career as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Reliance Retail in 2022. After that, they worked as a freelance HR staffing professional for Shift Design Studio from November 2020 to January 2023, where they managed various staffing activities and provided HR support to employees. In 2022, they joined Flyseas as a Human Resource Associate, where they supported recruitment efforts and implemented efficient HR systems and processes. In 2023, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Dhruv Iconic Pvt. Ltd., where their responsibilities included effective communication with staff members, maintaining employee data, and managing company holidays. Currently, they are working as an Information Technology Recruiter at TalentXO.

Binny Kumari obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Dr. Zakir Husain Institute & IIBM from 2019 to 2023. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Manipal University Jaipur. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources Management.
