Alex Smith

Alex Smith is an experienced Management Consultant with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently working with The Transformation Group and Talenza. At Talenza, an award-winning agency focused on technology and business transformation recruitment, Alex has held roles as both Management Consultant and Principal Consultant since March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EML and various consulting roles at Hudson, where expertise in talent management solutions was developed. Additional roles encompassed eCommerce Recruitment Consultant at ASG International and Digital Recruiter at Searchability, complemented by a foundation in sales as a Brand Specialist at Arcadia Group Ltd. Alex holds a degree in Criminology and Sociology from Liverpool John Moores University.
