Hila Ofek

Hila Ofek has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and service design. Hila is currently serving as the Chief Collaboration Officer at Taliaz, an AI health-analytics company that specializes in personalized medicine. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of their AI platform, Predictix, which helps doctors make informed treatment choices for improved patient outcomes. Hila also has experience as the Founder of ReTrust - Service Design and as the Co-Founder and CEO of Second Opinion/Service Design CX.

Hila Ofek attended the University of the Arts London from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Service Design. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1998, they earned an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
