Caroline Hamblen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Caroline started their career in 1993 as a Teaching Assistant at Montessori Day School. In 2000, they took on the role of Director and Owner at Kinderplanet, LLC Preschool until 2004. Caroline then joined the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation in 2001 as an Event Manager, a position they held until July 2018. In 2010, Hamblen became the Director of Programs at Taliesin Preservation.
Caroline Hamblen completed their Master's Degree in K-8 Education and Music Education at Hochschule der Kunste Berlin Germany from 1991 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. Caroline completed "The Systems View of Life: Fritjof Capra Course" offered by Capra Course in December 2020. In November 2018, Caroline Hamblen obtained the "Nonprofit Leadership Center Management Essential Online Connection" certification from The Allstate Foundation. Caroline also holds a Professional Certificate in Online Education: Instruction and Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2013. In 2011, Caroline attended the "Arts Integration Conference: Exploring an Approach to Teaching" offered by The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, as well as the "Professional Development in Project Based Learning PBL 101" by the Buck Institute for Education. In 2010, they completed the Entrepreneurial Training Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, Caroline obtained the "Fundamentals of Kindermusik" certification from Kindermusik in 2004, and the "Spontanes und aktives Lernen auf der Basis der Montessori Padagogik" certification from Institut für ganzheitliches Lernen Regensburg in 1993.
