Daniel Wilcock has worked in the IT field since 2011. Daniel began their career as a First Line Support at G4S in 2011. Daniel then moved to Grant Thornton LLP in 2012 as a Second Line Support. In 2015, they joined Pharmacy2U Ltd in a similar role. In 2017, they became a 2nd Line Support Analyst/Team Lead at Bonmarche. In 2019, they joined TransUnion as a Senior System Engineer and ITDS Senior. Daniel'scurrent role is Cyber Security Analyst at Talion, which they started in 2021. During their time at TransUnion, they were responsible for providing training and support for the development of first line technicians, alongside project work and continual process improvement. Daniel also managed varied and complex escalations from the team and key stakeholders from other business areas. Additionally, they were the main point of contact for supporting with the internal and external Audit processes, drove process improvements, maintained high levels of technical support and customer service, created and delivered training and development plans and workshops for the first line technicians, managed and co-ordinated Major Incidents, and co-ordinated the business hardware refresh project for the Service Desk.
