Jennifer Dolby has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Jennifer began their career as a Team Assistant at Ideaz Balloon Shop. In 2011, they moved to Gala Bingo, where they worked as a Team Assistant, providing customer service and helping colleagues with their duties. In 2013, they took on a Project Coordinator role at Cooke E-Learning Foundation, where they assisted in delivering training sessions and maintained the computer suite. In 2014, they began working as a Junior Telecoms Contractor at NHS, where they provided one-on-one training and coaching to nurses on how to use their smartphones. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Principal Security Analyst, SME Security Analyst and Soc Analyst. In 2020, they moved to Talion, where they currently work as a Principal Security Analyst.

Jennifer Dolby began their educational journey at Immanuel Community College, where they completed their high school degree in General Studies between 2003 and 2008. Jennifer then attended Craven College from 2009 to 2010, obtaining an A Level in Information Technology. Finally, they attended De Montfort University from 2010 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Computing. Additionally, they have obtained a GIAC Certified Incident Handler certification from GIAC Certifications.
