Muralirajah Vanaltham has been in the IT industry since 2006. Muralirajah began their career at IBM as a Technical Support Analyst, where they were responsible for first level troubleshooting of Lotus Notes, MS Office, Win XP & 2000, and Tivoli Citrix. In 2007, they joined Electronic Data Systems as an Infrastructure Analyst, where they administered Unix/Linux (SUN Solaris 8 to 10, IBM AIX 5.3, SuSe Linux) systems and managed the systems installation (hardware, software), and activities related to remote administration of computer systems. In 2009, they moved to GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, where they worked as a Unix Linux System Administrator. In 2011, they joined HP as an IT Consultant, where they provided technical/operation support and ensured smooth acknowledgement/resolution of all incident tickets /change request for all accounts as well as IMAC tickets. In 2012, they joined SSCS as a Technical Account Consultant, where they provided 2nd level UNIX & Storage technical support for T-System in both account Shell and Philips in all service lines (GLUX, SAN, BNR, and NAS). In 2013, they joined ABB's Enterprise Software Product Group as a Unix Linux System Administrator. In 2017, they moved to BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a SOC Application Support Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Talion as an Application Support Engineer.

Muralirajah Vanaltham received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Multimedia University in 2006. Muralirajah then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2021, they obtained a Splunk Core Certified User certification from Splunk.
