Rajkumar Kandasamy

Rajkumar Kandasamy has been working in the IT industry since 2011. Rajkumar began their career at Wipro Limited as a Project Engineer, where they integrated logs from various security devices and detected, analyzed, and managed information security events with Arcsight. In 2013, they moved to HCL Technologies as a Technical Specialist, where they implemented an end-to-end Arcsight SIEM solution for a US Chemical corporation client. Rajkumar then joined BNY Mellon as a Technical Lead in 2017. Most recently, in 2021, Rajkumar joined Talion as a Senior SIEM Engineer. At BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, they designed and implemented the Arcsight Loadbalancer to automatically scale up the connectors based on customer needs, created Flex connectors for Cloud sources, and performed data quality checks on log sources.

Rajkumar Kandasamy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Oxford Engineering College between 2005 and 2009. Rajkumar also obtained several certifications, including Devo Certified Platform User in April 2022, Splunk Certified Administrator, Splunk Certified Poweruser, and Splunk Certified User in February 2018, CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council in January 2015, Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (.NET) from Microsoft in September 2009, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco in February 2013.
