Ziyi Cui is a highly accomplished bioinformatics scientist with extensive experience in developing innovative bioinformatics tools and pipelines. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Talis Biomedical Corporation, Ziyi has successfully led the creation of a LAMP primer design pipeline, designed patented assays, and enhanced internal data access portals. Previous roles include a Bioinformatics Scientist at Incyte, where Ziyi created multiple web applications to support oncology research, and research assistant positions at Carnegie Mellon University and UCL, focusing on cancer prognostics and drug immunogenicity, respectively. Ziyi holds a Master's degree in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biochemistry and Bioinformatics from UCL.
