Ziyi Cui

Ziyi Cui is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Talis Biomedical Corporation, where responsibilities include the development of an innovative bioinformatics pipeline for LAMP primer design and the creation of a patented LAMP Assay with high sensitivity. Contributions extend to developing a novel bioinformatics tool for assessing LAMP primer cross-reactivity and enhancing the internal data access portal. Prior experiences include roles as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Incyte, where Ziyi designed and implemented web applications and databases to support various research initiatives, and as a Research Assistant at both Carnegie Mellon University and UCL, focusing on cancer prognosis modeling and antibody drug immunogenicity. Ziyi holds a Master’s degree in Computational Biology from Carnegie Mellon University and dual degrees in Biochemistry and Bioinformatics from UCL.
