Previous roles include Responsable Développement RH at Stryker, Consultante senior RH at SEGECO, and HRBP positions at Mersen and Eurotherm - Schneider Electric. Marie has also held HR responsibilities at Brasserie Champigneulles, Cristal Union, and Faurecia. Academically, Marie holds a Master's degree in Ressources Humaines from Montpellier Business School and completed Bac + Prépa at Lycée Dumont d'Urville.
