Kim Dustin

Kim Hoeflich, MBA, currently serves as an Account Manager at Perspecta in Provider Data Management since September 2023. Previously, Kim held the position of Account Manager and Product Manager – Panel Services at Talisman Systems Group, Inc. from February 2019 to September 2023. Kim’s extensive experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance spanned from December 2002 to October 2018, where various roles included Systems Support Analyst, Senior Department Application Specialist, Project Administrator, and Trainer/Associate Business Analyst. Early in the career, Kim worked at Cogentric as a Senior Administrative Assistant and at Liberty Mutual Insurance in multiple roles such as Senior Helpdesk Analyst, Senior Administrative Assistant, Senior Accounting Representative, Coverage Assignor, and Proofreader, starting from November 1986 to June 2001. Kim holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a BA from New Hampshire College, and an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from McIntosh College.
