Kirsten Groskopf

Kirsten Groskopf serves as the Global Vice President of the Enterprise Strategy Office at International Justice Mission since July 2013, where responsibilities include establishing an Enterprise PMO for strategic planning, portfolio management, and risk management. Previous roles at International Justice Mission include Deputy General Counsel, where internal services were scaled globally and compliance frameworks were rolled out. As Senior Director of Strategy, Kirsten managed divisional operations, optimizing processes and aligning programs with strategic plans. Additional consulting roles have been held at Talitha Coffee, Three Roots International, and various nonprofits, supporting leadership teams in strategy development and operational frameworks. Kirsten's legal experience includes working as an attorney at Linklaters. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration from New York University, a Legal Practice Certificate from the College of Law London, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bristol.
