Katarzyna Kapłoniak

Katarzyna Kapłoniak has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Katarzyna began their career in 2011 as a Coordinator for Erasmus Student Network. In 2012, they moved to Capgemini, where they worked as a Finance & Accounting Process Analyst. In 2014, they joined Shell as an Accounting Assistant - Stocks Accounting. In 2016, they joined talixo, where they have held the roles of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Head of Business Process Optimisation and Quality, Head of Quality Assurance and Process Optimisation, Head of QA and Process Management, and Implementation Manager.

Katarzyna Kapłoniak obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Economics from the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie between 2010 and 2015. Katarzyna also obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Pécs in 2014.
