Eric Miller has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Talent and Employee Engagement at the Van Andel Institute since January 2017. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at the same institute, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Scientific Recruiter. Earlier career experience includes roles at Catholic Social Services, Project Rehab, United Parcel Service, and TEKsystems. Eric is also a board member of TALK, an organization dedicated to connecting talent acquisition professionals. Eric holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Western Michigan University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
