Lukas Lampe

Lukas Lampe's work experience begins with their role as VP of Commercial at Talk'n'Job by ApplyZ, where they are responsible for the product launch of TalkNJob in the US, aiming to provide an efficient recruitment solution. Prior to this, they founded LL Endeavors in 2021, offering support and guidance to new ideas, start-ups, and entrepreneurs. Lukas has also served as the Co-Founder, CTO, and Board Member at POM since 2014. POM focuses on personal safety and provides wearable and IoT solutions. Lukas has also held positions at Toroleo GmbH as a Business Development Intern, Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH as an Associate Consultant, and the Karlsruhe Service Research Institute (KSRI) as a Research Assistant. Lukas worked as a Professional Athlete for TV Buehl and VfB Friedrichshafen Volleyball GmbH. Additionally, Lukas gained internship experience at SAP and conducted research as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Operations Research (IOR) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Lukas Lampe earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2011. Lukas then pursued further studies and completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Engineering and Management from the same institution in 2015. In 2012, Lukas Lampe enrolled in the Clarkson University Graduate School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing & Management in 2014.
