Michelle Miller

Michelle Miller has extensive experience in billing and customer relations, currently serving as Billing Manager at Talk Straight Group since February 2014, where previous roles included Customer Relations Team Manager, Billing Analyst, and Billing Assistant. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank from 2004 to February 2014, holding positions such as Quality Assurance Team Leader, Call Quality Assurance Moderator, and Complaints Manager. Education was completed at Ilkley Grammar School from 1984 to 1988.
