Charlène Halloche

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has an extensive background in nursing and health informatics, currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003. In this role, Lambros specializes in clinical documentation and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Previously, Lambros worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where the A4 Healthmatics ED application was implemented in the emergency department, and as a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Earlier career experience includes serving as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Lambros holds a Master's degree in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
