Jamie Phippen has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2019 as a Customer Discovery Specialist at Speakr. In 2019, Jamie joined Talkatoo as a Customer Success Manager, where they served until 2020. They then took on the role of Head of Customer Success at Talkatoo in 2021. Prior to that, Jamie worked as a Brand Manager at Red Bull from 2017 to 2019.
Jamie Phippen completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Dalhousie University from 2017 to 2021. During their time at university, they also participated in the Venture for Canada program, focusing on Entrepreneurial Studies from 2018 to 2020. Prior to attending Dalhousie University, Jamie attended Appleby College from 2014 to 2017, where they received an Appleby Diploma and the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Driven by liability management and professional regulation, their documentation requirements are rigorous. We save our customerstime, so they can get more done or enjoy more leisure time. By using our product, a professional with a bill rate of $200/hour can increase billings by approximately $50,000. This assumes a time savings on one hour per workday. Talkatoo works in all software on both PC and Mac.
