Mark Diaz

Mark Diaz serves as the Vice President of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Talkdesk, leading the Enterprise team focused on this vertical since August 2025. Previously, Mark held the position of Regional Vice President at UiPath from January 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading sales efforts in the banking and insurance sectors across the West, Central, and Canada. Prior to UiPath, Mark was also a Regional Vice President at Salesforce from 2019 to 2021, overseeing a team that managed relationships with high-tech customers in the Bay Area. Mark's extensive experience in the technology sector includes a long tenure at SAP, where roles included Vice President of Cloud Business for the Enterprise West market and Senior Account Executive for high-tech enterprises. Mark began the career as an Account Executive at NetPro, a Microsoft-centric startup. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.
