Pedro Andrade is an experienced executive specializing in artificial intelligence and automation within the contact center industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Talkdesk since November 2020, Pedro has overseen the development and launch of AI products and implemented strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, Pedro held key roles at WIT Software and HIS, focusing on product development, lifecycle management, and operational leadership. With a background in innovation and technology, Pedro also co-founded Netvita, where contributions included designing product architecture and secure electronic banking solutions. A Licentiate degree in Informatics Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra complements Pedro’s extensive professional experience.
