Sam Lee is a Regional Senior Solution Engineer at Talkdesk, focusing on empowering businesses in the JAPAC region to modernize their contact centers by migrating to the cloud. Sam has extensive experience in solution engineering, business development, and sales across various industries and companies such as Salesforce, Lazada Singapore, Logicalis, StarHub, and a startup in cross-border logistics. Sam holds a BSc in Information Systems and Management from the University of London, an MSc in Innovation from Singapore Management University, and completed a Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health through Coursera.
