Adeline Ley

Adeline Ley has an extensive work history in various leadership and operational roles. Starting in 2009, they began as an Analyst intern at Natixis in the Global Energy & Commodities and Structured Finance department. In 2011, they worked as a Law clerk in M&A and Securities at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Adeline then moved on to BNP Paribas in 2012, where they served as an Analyst intern in Healthcare M&A. In 2013, they returned to BNP Paribas as an Analyst in M&A Investment Banking. Later that year, they worked as a Law clerk in M&A and Private Equity at Weil Gotshal and Manges.

In 2015, Adeline joined Lazard as an Analyst in M&A Investment Banking and later transitioned to an Associate role within the same department. Following that, they joined Prune & Plum in 2017, holding the position of CFO and COO. In 2019, they moved to MedOptions, first as a Director in Strategy & Operations and later as Vice President in the same department.

Most recently, in 2022, Adeline joined Talkiatry, initially as a Vice President in Operations and then advancing to Senior Vice President in 2023.

Adeline Ley has a diverse education history. Adeline started their academic journey at Cité Scolaire Internationale de Lyon, where they obtained their Baccalauréat and Abitur. Adeline then went on to the University of Cologne to study German Corporate Law and earned a Magister Legum. Adeline continued their studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, focusing on French and German Corporate Law, and received a Master's Degree (Master 1). Adeline then pursued their interest in Corporate Finance at ESSEC Business School, where they obtained their Msc. in Management with a major in Corporate Finance. Adeline further enhanced their expertise in Corporate and Tax Law by completing a Master's Degree (Master 2) at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. Lastly, Adeline completed the French Bar Exam at EFB Paris in 2013.
