Leah Shaler

Leah Shaler serves as the Senior Vice President of ASC Operations at NVISION Eye Centers since July 2024. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of West Operations at VPSCA Health from January 2022 to July 2024, focusing on performance reporting and executive management. Leah's experience includes serving as Senior Director of SNF at Banner Health between October 2020 and January 2022, where operational management was a key responsibility. Additionally, Leah worked as Regional Vice President of Operations at Contessa Health from September 2019 to October 2020 and as RVP of Operations at AMSURG from May 2015 to September 2019, both involving performance reporting and executive management tasks. Leah holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Care from Ottawa University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Western International University.
