Andrew Newman

Andrew Newman is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Talkiatry, Andrew has previously held roles including Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. As the Founder of By The People, Inc., Andrew demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and innovation. A former Software Developer at Capital One and Chair of the Board for Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS), Andrew has contributed to various teams and initiatives. Additionally, Andrew gained practical experience as a Software Development Co-op at Advanced Space. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, where formal education was completed from 2013 to 2018, following high school graduation from Briar Woods High School in 2013.
